Kairi Daal By Rida Aftab Tarka



KAIRI DAAL
Ingredients:
Red Gram 250 gms
Raw Mangoes 250 gms
Beans 6
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Hing 1 pinch
Curry Leaves 6
Green Chilies 6
Button Red Chilies 6
Desiccated Powder 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Onion 1
Coriander Leaves as required
Garam Masala ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Method:
• Boil red gram and then blend it.
• In a pan, heat oil add onion and fry until golden brown.
• Then add sagwan ki phalli, dry mangoes , salt , turmeric, hing, desiccated Powder, red chili powder, button red chilies, cumin seeds and fry.
• Add water cover it and cook for 15 minutes.
• Then add boiled red gram and mix.
• In the end, sprinkle coriander leaves, green Chilies and cook for 10 minutes.
• Removes from the stove.
